Mr. Elnazir is a Sudanese legal practitioner admitted to the Sudanese Bar in 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Al Neelain University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bahri, and an Arbitration Certificate. He began his career working with several Sudanese law firms, including serving as a trainee lawyer, before establishing his practice as a legal adviser. In 2020, he joined Alrobaye Law Firm (ASRLAW GROUP LLC) as a Legal Consultant and was promoted to Senior Legal Consultant in 2022. In 2025, he joined Bannaga & Fadlabi LLP, where he serves as an Associate. He is a member of the Sudanese Bar Association, the Sudanese International Law Society, and the Sudanese Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration.

His practice covers commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, and arbitration. He has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and construction contracts, negotiating agreements and memoranda of understanding, handling intellectual property registrations, advising on company formation and foreign investment matters, and conducting due diligence. He also represents clients in labor disputes and arbitration proceedings and has participated in legal committee work.
